Wessex FC

Wessex FC was one of the original clubs to join JP2F4S. Founded by Anthony Scartlett and Kerry Green, the team is made up of former rival gangs from the estates in Westbourne Park, West London. Where once they would break into the grounds of St Mary of the Angels Primary School to play football, they now have a bond of friendship through the sport that they love, all with the help of JP2F4S. Their commitment to their sport and each other has been rewarded with great success on the pitch, particularly in Powerleague tournaments. Wessex is flourishing as a team and as a group of individuals, striving to improve their lot. A great example of the work JP2F4S can do, with your support!

Wessex FC is based at St Mary of The Angles Primary school in Bayswater, London. At present it runs on Sundays from 11 to 4pm and Thursdays from 6 to 8.30pm. The club attracts 12 to 27 year olds who play football on the school’s AstroTurf pitch.
