JP2F4S has a duty of care to safeguard all children involved in its work from harm. All children have a right to protection, and the needs of disabled children and others who may be particularly vulnerable, must be taken into account.
The Foundation will ensure the safety and protection of all children involved in its work through adherence to the Child Protection guidelines adopted by JP2F4S.
Child Protection

It is the Foundation’s policy not to discriminate against any individual on the basis of their gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, disability or age, pregnancy or trade union membership or the fact that they are a temporary, part-time or fixed-term worker.

The Foundation is committed to the principle and practice of equal opportunities and celebrates the diversity of people. We understand that these two concepts are not the same but are complementary, because without compromise, recognising and, most importantly, valuing differences between people, there cannot be true equality.

The Foundation is committed to meeting its obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant regulations, approved codes of practice and guidance relevant to the organisation’s operations. We also ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
