The Advisory Panel

The Foundation’s Advisory Panel consists of  individuals whose combined professional and personal experience equips the national charity with the power and influence required to steer it. The Foundation’s Advisory Panel is chaired by Rev Mgr Vladimir Felzmann.

National disability consultant and one of the UK’s foremost voices and advocates for those with learning disabilities.

I want the Foundation to find practical outcomes to support people with disability, thereby overcoming the gulf that presently exists, such as providing meeting places – especially within parishes – where the disabled person can find belonging through engaging with sport which has a unique role in helping to overcome barriers.”


Dr Lorna Goodwin

Academic Director: Enterprise and Development, School of Education, Theology & Leadership at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Assistant Manager of Manchester City FC. Played for England, Manchester United, Arsenal, Everton and Bolton Wanderers.



Author, Reader in Sport Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University and sports psychologist at Newcastle United FC.

Invite students, sports teams and interested others to put together a multimedia package based on interviews with professional sportsmen, women and coaches about how faith informs their sporting life. Use as a resource within clubs, schools and parishes beyond the confines of the Catholic Church.”

Sara Silva

Sara worked for JP2F4S for two years – mainly on the administrative side. She was instrumental in setting up many of the systems and processes now used by the organisation.

Property investor, former Director and Chairman of Queens Park Rangers Football Club, Chair of QPR Ladies Football Club. Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London.

I believe that through sport one can effect change in the life of young people and provide them with opportunities for advancement.”



Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Fundraising. He started helping at The Passage in March 1983 and has been employed full time since September 1998. He is mainly responsible for finance and fundraising.
